Frequency (Total Occurrences)

Purpose

From the first draw to the latest, count how many times each pool number appears in winning draws, relative to total draws.

Why it matters

Historically “cold” numbers (very low occurrence) can be flagged when building pools for wheels or generators. The original design allowed rejecting combinations that relied on extremely rare balls.

Frequency alone is not a prediction—it is a long-run occupancy map of the pool.
